October 2026: About 63% complete, topping out

Construction at Monroe Self Storage is about 63% complete. The second- and third-floor concrete slabs have been poured, and steel framing is under way on the third floor, with the roof close behind.

The standing seam roof goes on in October. The building was expected to top out around October 16, with the roof dried in by early November. Permanent power to the site is planned for November, the exterior enclosure for December, and the final punch list for January 2027. The certificate of occupancy is targeted for February 2027, followed by opening and lease-up.
